The booking process is intentionallyselective.

BLACK VEIL operates by application only. Every request is reviewed personally by the studio before consultation or booking confirmation.

Submit your idea

Send your concept, placement, approximate size, references and preferred artist through the booking form.

Artist Review

Your request is matched with the appropriate artist based on style, scale, body placement and availability.

Consultation & Deposit

Approved projects move into consultation before securing a session date with a non-refundable deposit.

STUDIO POLICIES

BLACK VEIL is intentionally small. Every project is reviewed manually and accepted selectively.

MINIMUM

The studio minimum is $180. Larger custom work is quoted after consultation.

DEPOSITS

Deposits secure session dates and are non-refundable once artwork preparation begins.

WAITLIST

Books open monthly with limited availability for large-scale and ongoing projects.

Application are reviewed in batches. Priority is given to large-scale custom work, returning clients and conceptually aligned projects.
